It all starts by collecting a wide range of feedback to assess areas of strength and weakness which sets the foundation for improvement. During 1:1 coaching sessions, she drills down into specific challenges you are facing, use various frameworks to think through these situations, and provide tactical advice and feedback that can is immediately actionable. Nataša is fantastic at maintaining continuity between sessions, building upon the knowledge the coachee is accumulating, and continuing to deliver value over time. The supporting content, materials and homework that is provided between lessons is also highly relevant and effective method of reinforcement and also serves as a helpful future reference.
